When packet 4 arrives is an interview date already assigned to you or do they instruct you to set up the interview date yourself? Just wondering because I am trying to guage how soon the interview will be and I have seen a wide variety in the dates they are set for after recieving Packet 4 on the k-1 visa timelines for Frankfurt, Germany.

Currently working on packet 3 right now by the way

Thanks!

Your interview date will be given in packet 4. Once you send packet 3 back, it won't be long until your interview is scheduled. Probably 4-5 weeks after you send the packet back!

Good luck!

packet 4 consists of the rest of the forms and date of interview..... i just want to add too that we have receive our packet 4 but we didn't recieve the packet 3....at least until as of this date. Can it be possible to receive the packet 4 first eh?... more strange is USEM sent it to the petitioner and not the beneficiary.... anyway........not sure if this is the correct procedure.

goodluck to you and dont worry you will receive your packet 4 soonest u send back that packet 3 u are working now. (thou it wasn't the same flow-chart for us  )
