It is time for me to renew my EAD. I am on a K-3 Visa, adjusting status. The form is the standard I-765. I do not know what to put down as my category this time (question 16). With the original, I listed C 9. Do I put C 9 again? If not, what should I put?

Do I need to include the same documentation as I did with the original EAD: pictures, I-94, etc.

11/03/05........waiting for Approval notice & work authorization card.....148 DAYS so far

10-03-06........STILL WAITING FOR AOS INTERVIEW, AFTER BEING CANCELED 2 TIMES !!!!!!!

NEXT STEP.....UPDATE MY 1O YEAR PERMANENT RESIDENT CARD 2017

Why did you put your category as C9 the first time?
