Hello All. I sent in the I-130 Petition for Alien Relative for m for myself and my new wife. I noticed afterwards that it mentioned sending in the I-325A form also along with proof of citizenship. Are both of these items required at the time of the I-130 submission?

Yes. You need to send proof of your US citizenship as well as 8 pages filled and signed of the G-325A, that's 4 pages for you and 4 pages for your wife. Since you already sent the I-130 you will receive an RFE asking for these documents. Start gathering them now so you can have them ready when you get the RFE. Your wife will need to sign all 4 pages, and you will need to sign yours.

07/06/09 - I-751 sent to CSC

08/14/09 - Biometrics

09/27/09 - Approved

10/01/09 - Received 10 year green card

U.S. Citizenship

03/30/11 - N-400 sent via Priority Mail w/ delivery confirmation

05/12/11 - Biometrics

07/20/11 - Interview - passed

07/20/11 - Oath ceremony - same day as interview
