Another AOS Affidavit of Support Question

Hello guys, I have a couple of questions for some of you knowledgeable people out there concerning being able to pass the support requirements. I am married, and filed for a CR-1/IR-1 visa at the end of March for my wife in the Philippines. My first question is what happens if they deny us a visa due to support problems? What recourse do we have, can I beef up my income and appeal, or do we have to start all over again from scratch with a new petition?

Second, I have a bachelor's degree, but my income has been crappy at best for the past three years. In 2006 I made about $10,000, in 2007 I made about $3400, and in 2008 I made about $11,000. I am currently employed making 24,000 a year with an employer I've been with since august of 08. I have about 25,000 in savings, plus another 3000 in equity in my car. Do you guys think I will be okay if I have a few of my recent paystubs for the Affidavit of support and a letter form my employer combined with my assets? I've heard people say manila won't accept co-sponsors, so im a little worried at this point. Anyone have any ideas, comments or suggestions? I could get my mother to co-sponsor my wife if I had to, she has 60k+ a year incomes and a paid off house and a nice 401k and money in the bank if I had to have her co-sponsor her.

Thanks guys, please let me know what I can/should do, and what my options would be if they were to deny us.

p.s., why my income was so crappy was I honestly was I was living off an inheritance from when my dad died in 2001, and was looking for a job using my degree, but was working part time at walmart in the mean time, which meant crappy wages. I have finally landed a decent paying job though and am hoping that will pull me through the AOS.

USEM does accept co sponsor especially if the petitioner is working and showing reasonable income and is doing a spouse visa.

Mostly K1 visas get denied for cosponsor if the petitioner isn't working and is a loser.

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!
