anotehr question, what if the affidavit of support is signed with a date which is "ante" the received date of the packet 3. i mean something like 2 to 4 weeks?

Hi guys, another maybe silly question, did my fiance name my childs, in my affidavit or not?, in the question 3 say:

Name of spouse and children accompanyng or following to join person (a'm not his wife yet)

and he going to make a separated affidavit for each one, so anybody can give me an advice?

The question about spouse and children following to join must be answered. You have no spouse, so your children are listed on your affidavit. Your children have neither a spouse or any children so nobody is listed their on the children's affidavits. As you were told immediately after beginning this thread, each intending immigrant needs an I-134 and supporting documentation.
