Are you the foreign fiancee? If so your USC fiance needs to fill out the affadavits. Nothing needs to be signed by a lawyer. Yes, you need separate affadavits for each child with separate supporting documents (the supporting documents can be copies of the same documents attached to all affadavits), you will also need separate medical exams, visa applications, visa fees, AOS fees, etc. Each K-2 for each child is a wholley separate visa.

The new I-134 needs no notarization. Tax returns never need notarizing. There is not purpose in doing so.

humm..about K2 visa.

so can you detail what I need for my child.

for he is already mentionned in the I-134 that my fiancé made for me.

and other question in the question 11: I intend...(to support) etc..)

the petitioner i ssupsed to precise how long how much...

i mean..what ppl write that is "ok". and the embassy won't cause any trouble.

Do embassy write clearly in the packet 3 that they want a I-134 for each (k1+k2)?

Marriage: 01-26-2032

homesick: 01-30-2032

Divorce: 10-13-2032

you will stay married for 290 days.

(anyway, his income and everything are really enough to proof that we won't be a pûblic charge)

Regardless, each intending immigrant needs their own I-134 and everything else except their own I-129F petition. Time to get another I-134 for the child and if the Embassy or Consulate fails to request all the same things for the child, it's a mistake. Contact them and get it corrected.

i think the embassys fails a lot, becouse they dont put in cleare what really we are supposed to bring in the interview day, they dont ask for proff of evidence, or copy of each piece of paper, or in this case in my packet4 dont mention about a 134 for each of one , i dont know if they do this in purpose to fails us, and in our case the 134 is not more notarized but they clearly ask for this, thats why a love visa journey and all his members!!!

thanks again

Each visa applicant, K1 and K2 should have received the instructions in both English and Tagalog. This is one of the paragraphs.

n. EVIDENCE OF SUPPORT. You should be able to demonstrate that you will not become a public charge or be a burden on the U.S. taxpayers for financial support. A completed I-134 Affidavit of Support Form will be useful to the consular officer to evaluate your petitioner’s ability to be financially responsible for you. You should also submit your petitioner’s most recent U.S. Federal income tax return (Form 1040) and wage statements (Form W-2). Employment letters stating salaries and bank statements may be included to substantiate the I-134. Download Form I-134 at http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis.

No. Tax returns do not ned to be notarized. He can use copies of his returns with all attachments and/or w-2s, 1099's etc. He will know what that means

The child should be mentioned in your I-134 and you should be mentioned in the child's BUT you each need your own with supporting documents. VJ, unfortunately, does not have sample forms for the I-134 with children. I do. Email me at alshootist@yahoo.com and I can send you my sample documents. For question 11 answer "NA K-1 visa for permanent residency" or "NA K-2 visa for permanent residency" as appropriate.

One thing to remember in this process, if you want to succeed...it doesn't matter who "fails". Your fault, my fault, their fault, it is YOUR problem. I just received recently an email from the Kiev consulate which failed to mention we need a police certificate for our K-2 (to follow) interview in June. Our son is over 16 years of age. If we go without a police certificate, (original, copy, and translation) he will not be issued a visa and it will not matter that they failed to mention it in their letter. But that is why we have VJ!
