What reality might there be in states trying to secede? I mean, really. What will Oklahoma or Montana or Georgia do on their own? Band together? If they decided to secede then a whole host of problems arise for them, not the least of which are interstate travel, higher education, trade and commerce.

Who needs higher education when you can have all the guns you want?

When I heard about the Texas gov asking for secession, I thought immediately "Don't let the door hit ya on the azz on the way out!" and then could hardly keep from laughing.

Perry has never been particularly popular with most Texans. He was originally the Lieutenant Governor under Bush and when Bush became President, Perry sort of "slid" into that position.

As I've said before, it's highly unlikely Texas would leave. Most Texans dislike the idea, but the nutcases always get on TV.

Guess what? There'll be another civil war. This time, it's not about slaves. It's between Democrats and Republicans.

and guess which ones are better armed.
