No No and No again didn't we already fight this war and had alot of blood shed over this. Thats what makes the US a world power today all of the states united I know we have are differences politacally and some states are doing better than others in this recession but to break away from the union. Governors around the country who even implies this ideas shoud be voted out of office.

Apparently Oklahoma and Montana have established their sovereignty. Seems like the State government want to make their own decisions rather than Congress.

Whoa. I'm experiencing a bit of déjà vu. Canada voted a couple of times on this topic with regard to the Québec Referendum. Bad feelings all around. People and corporations left the Province in droves. Separation is never a good thing.

Now imagine if all the provinces but Ontario had declared their intentions to secede at the same time. I bet they would have stayed put.
