It is a long bill!

Yeah, and most of it is quite good.

as long as i don't have to put coins in or pay some chick waiting in the 'lobby' area, i don't care where or with whom i share a toilet.

You can share a toilet? I can't, my butt is too big.

The problem is identity, right? Some men who call themselves women don't want to go to the mens room because they're not men, right? Fine, don't call it the mens room anymore. Call it the ####### room. And call the other room the ####### room. And make a third room for the 'differently abled'. This way no one has to identify with a gender. Just identify the equipment you have and go to the room that matches.

Who goes into public restrooms looking at other people's genitalia? I sure don't. I'm just in there to do my business and could care less who else is in there....unless they give off some really noxious fumes.

 We live in a society, with people who don't all think like you do. Lots of people are uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with people of different genders.

Grow up, people...and stop acting like deviated preverts. The human body is nothing to be ashamed of.

ugh! i dont want to share a bathroom with a man in a dress! i'm entitled to privacy in the bathroom! blimey this world is twisted.

"For I know the plans I have for you," declares the LORD, "plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future." Jere. 29:11

But you have privacy in the bathroom already don't you? As much privacy as you can expect in a communal public facility...

Its not like they're getting rid of the doors on the stalls.

Doesn't really matter who's in the room with you - you still have the same amount of privacy.

I don't have a problem using the women's toilet if the men's is occupied.

Beats p*ssing yourself.

Transgender bill, Another first for Massachusetts.

More legislative musings from the lunatic fringe that jack off on pandering to the lowest common denominator in society. In their deranged minds they actually believe this is social progress. It's not!

I certainly don't want to live in a world where fruitloops wearing mini skirts, platform pumps, halter tops, 3 day beard stubble, and back hair slide up next to me at a urinal. What kind of idiots inhabit the MA legislature? What kind of idiots vote for them?

Who introduced this trash legislation? What's their story?

"Credibility in immigration policy can be summed up in one sentence: Those who should get in, get in; those who should be kept out, are kept out; and those who should not be here will be required to leave."

"...for the system to be credible, people actually have to be deported at the end of the process."

US Congresswoman Barbara Jordan (D-TX)

Testimony to the House Immigration Subcommittee, February 24, 1995

The assumption seems to be that some sort of physical danger is posed to women and children because a transgender person can go into an opposite sex bathroom.

Perhaps I'm not seeing the problem here - I'm sure that's it.

Seems to be an excuse for people to air their prejudices, but that's just me.

It might be abused by those who wish to rape molest or oggle women in the womes bathroom (ie people posing as transgender/vestite). Then again, they could do that anyway!
