hi vjyers how are u guys my husband recieve email from nvc inquiry then he call the lady he talk on the phone she said just ignore that email what is that mean here our timeline i know......enlight me what is that mean and how long to proses nvc to complete my case and to have interview date thank u so much

Did your husband submit the Affidavit of support form and pay 70 USD? Did you submit DS3032 choice of agent? i see on your timeline that NVC receive your case last March 12 so I was wondering if you submit DS3032 ,or did you have case number and invoice number so you can pay the AOS online.

That just looks weird, for your timeline we can assume you haven't done anything yet and probably because you don't know it.

If it is what's going on, you have to still send a few documents and forms to the NVC before they get your case completed and before you have an interview date, Im sorry to tell you but your journey of sending documents still isn't over. Please read the link given above, it will help you to understand it.

my husband send affidavit support already and we have 2 sponsors and they already send thier taxes and birth certificate and i already send my birth passport xerox and nbi clearnace also marriage contract i will asked my husband if he pay 70$ and i dont have idea what is that invoice number i have case number pls response need help here thank u so much

here are the things you have done or must do in order for your case to be complte:BENEFICIARY:

1. you will recieve form DS 3032, the choice of agent and address.

2. send that form or you can email the NVC, stating that who will be your agent

3. after the NVC recieves choice of agent, they will send you the IV bill and instructions on how to pay your bill

4. pay the IV bill

5. after the NVC recieve the payment , they will send you the DS 230 cover sheet

6. send the barcoded cover sheet, DS 230, and documents needed

7. after the NVC recieve it, they will review all the documents youve submitted

8. case complete

for your husband:

1. he will recieve the affidavit of support bill

2. pay the bill

3. NVC sends to him the affidavit of support instruction package

3. send the affidavit of support

did you and your husband did all these things?

as long as everything is ok and there`s no RFE and from what i understood there`s no RFE which is Request For Evidence so let it takes it time at the nvc and will be complete soon and some time nvc send false RFE dont worry
