Good morning to all vj's....I'm here again need ur help...Im just want to ask if the petitioner is only the one have right to sent letter for cancellation for k1 visa?how about benefeciary? then another question after the cancellation of k1 visa how long can he file petition again to another benefeciary? hope u can help me guys...any help really appreciated...thanks a lot...godbless us all...

Until an actual visa is issued only a petition exists - only the petitioner can withdraw his/her petition.

1. if the k1 visa is already done approved and received on hand and your partner cannot cancel your k1 visa you should do make a letter request to cancel the k1 visa and go to us embassy let them your passport to be stamp that cancel the k1 visa and they also stamp your letter request to cancel

2. if the k1 petition doesnt done the petitioner should one to make a letter to uscis that he should cancel or revoked your k1 petition.

these are the steps so that for future petition for another person cannot have a big problem you cant be fraud.
