is there something wrong? no NAO2 yet and not even a touch after two months!

Not to discourage you but our NOA-2 was 7 months after our NOA-1 and like you we never got a touch or update online to our case. Just be patient and you will get it. you can use this time to prepare for the NVC step. Download the DS-230 and I-864 and start gathering the documents needed. this will give you something to do and help pass the time while waiting on the NOA-2. It will also have you ahead of things at NVC which will make that process faster. Also I would suggest reading the NVC short cuts and flow chart on the wiki. and learn as much as you can about the rest of the process. Best of luck and hope the NOA-2 comes soon just be patient.

MOST FEB CR-1 AND MARCH CR-1 FILERS HAVE ALREADY GOTTEN THEIR NAO2...AND IN A FEW WEEKS THEY WILL BE ABLE TO SCHEDULE THEIR INTERVIEWS AND HAVE THEIR SPOUSES HER BEFORE THE SUMMER ENDS OR EVEN EARLIER...IT JUST FREAKIN SUCKS

I am in the same boat as you are I really wish that VSC was half as fast as CSC is. Also its hard trying to explain to everyone that asks "where is your wife", or when is your wife coming here .

my I 130 has not even been touched in two months and i think i am the only feb filer who hasnt even gotten their NAO2 yet. my last touch was feb 18 and my nao1 was feb 12...whats going on? is something wrong? what should i do besides wait and wait?

Just to let you know - you are NOT the only one from feb filers... we filed in feb as well and i'm asking my husband to check the po box every day, and call uscis every week because I (as you) am freaking already that it's only us and few more ppl left from about 40 ppl filed in feb. I know it sucks. It stinks, and we unfortunately can not do anything to change it... It's all about USCIS now! But we have to believe it will be soon. Don't let it get you down!!! Just be optimistic :thumbs:

Also, if you are able to check your number online, we can not check ours It says error every time, and case not in system yet. My husband talked to them few times about this and they said the file is there in the pile with other I-130's but not touched yet :angry:

Heym I filled in february too and I haven't got my NOA2 but I got my NVC number and choice of agent and all that stuff in the mail today, maybe you'll get the same surprise as i did, good luck

Congrats. On the NVC. CSC is doing nothing in way of contacting us for approvals, no emails, no update for on line case status, and no NOA 2 UGH!. I plan to just call 2 or 3 times a week till I hear the word Approved.
