Have you called USCIS? If not, do it. CSC is approving and petitioner not receiving any NOA 2 or a email, much less a change in case status. A January filer found out yesterday just this, she filed Late Jan. and was approved March 23rd, she never got NOA 2 or a email. Same thing happened to a March filer. So give them a call if you have not. Good Luck

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.

I know how you feel. A touch would really make you feel at least they are doing something. I did a survey and around 60% of the people approved received a notice in the e-mail without any touches. Some didn't even show they were approved on the site like us either. We just got a happy letter in the mail.

 Don't feel bad I am also at VSC. But I did have 2 touches last month mar05 and Mar26 but still no NOA2 . The other members here that filed in Feb at CSC have already moved on to the NVC process. . I did send in plenty of information and proof but all of this waiting is killing me I check my case status at least 5 times a day .

My wife you are simply beautiful and perfect for mehttp://da.daisypath.com/w3wlm4.png

my I 130 application was so neatly and completely done, and i checked until the last minute i gave it to usps...they gave the NAO1 pretty fast and i thought that it would have been a good sign but i guess not...im the only one left from feb filers who has not been approved.

Darling, don't worry i am in the same situation. I did everything so neatly. Keep thinking positive thoughts. We will get through this together. God willing maybe we get something before the end of this month.

It's the stupid Vermont Service Center. They are slowwwww. I am sorry you are going through this. I too am waiting and I know how hard it is. Don't let the website fool you. They can be working on your case and you won't even know it. I got an RFE on April 3rd and it still doesn't show any action on my case since my Noa1. Hang in there!!!

I know how you feel. We filed in December, and nothing at all. What makes me the most angry is this isnt even an approval for the visa were waiting for, its just a freakin petition that says we can apply for a visa. Really, this is pathetic and I'm sick and tired of waiting...
