Still nothing heard yet.... :(

I sent my package at USPS priority mail too last april 20, they received it April 24. then I get my NOA for my AOS April 27 (I didnt get my NOA for my EAD cuz of my stupidity wrong address I put in. I just received my Biometrics for AOS and EAD today. I think yours will be on the mail soon dont worry if you didnt make same mistake as I did. I sucked!

04/23/2009 - Received 4 NOA1 letters in mail (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)

04/27/2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Date set for 05/13/09

05/05/2009 - Biometrics done early (12 minutes)

06/03/2009 - Case status for I-485, I-131, and I-765 available and updated online

06/03/2009 - EAD status online: "Card Production Ordered"

06/03/2009 - AP status online: "Approval Notice Sent"

06/04/2009 - Interview letter received in the mail. Letter issued on 05/29. Interview date set for 07/15/2009

06/08/2009 - Received AP Travel document in the mail.

06/21/2009 - Received EAD card in the mail

07/15/2009 - Interviewed. Went well. IO said, "your case seems approvable..."

Just got my Biometrics appt letter today. :dance::dance:

It's schedule for May 14th at 12:00 pm and the location is super close to my house..

Things seen to be moving fast hehe

Woohooo!!! I got my biometric appointment today too!!! And its on May 14th as well!! We have the same dates lol!

In my case thou, I'll have to drive for 2 hours cuz the place is in Denver and I live in Colorado Springs, and I will have to go alone cuz my hubby is training in Arizona...I think its ok to go by myself right?!

yes.. on the same timeline!! hopefully we'll get ours soon...My friend sent his AOS early march and his Green card was just approved today!!

How exciting to receive the GC so fast!!

Edcokepareke, you should have no problems doing the biometrics a week early as long as you take your id and the letter with you.

I'm going to try to get my Biometrics done today (1 week early). Wish me luck :)

Done! In and out in 12 minutes (1:08pm - 1:20pm). I was the only one in the room. No metal detector, no search, friendly staff, filled form, took prints, took picture, filled out a survey, done. Thanks for the recommendation to go early.

i heard it takes 2 weeks normally , so just waiting patiently. im adjusting from a visitors visa.

Of course not. They accepted it and give me noa's for both of my applications. Its just that I put wrong address on it, its not that I lacked some documents on it or something. I already change my address so hopefully things will be ok.
