It does seem like the USCIS is picking up the pace. We filed April 6, and had biometrics appointment on April 29th. I would expect you may get letters the end of next week.

It's schedule for May 14th at 12:00 pm and the location is super close to my house..

Woohooo!!! I got my biometric appointment today too!!! And its on May 14th as well!! We have the same dates lol!

In my case thou, I'll have to drive for 2 hours cuz the place is in Denver and I live in Colorado Springs, and I will have to go alone cuz my hubby is training in Arizona...I think its ok to go by myself right?!

Congrats! I can understand you wanting your husband to go with you, but you should be fine going by yourself just take the proper id and the letter. I didn't go inside with my husband on Wednesday and everything was fine it took 20 mins.

Hello everyone! I filed my AOS and EAD late of this month. I already recieved reciept notice/Notice of action but just for the AOS. My question is do I get notice of action for EAD separately too? Im just confuse. Thanks!

You should get a NOA for every form you filed. Did you send it in the packet together?

we finally filed on april 24, got the NOA1 yesterday (says it was approved april 29), checks cashed the same day as NOA arrived.

stupid question: i cannot, for the life of me, figure out how to get my timeline into my signature - help!

i should add that we got NOAs for:

I-130

I-485

I-765

You should get a NOA for every form you filed. Did you send it in the packet together?

Yes I did send the packet last april 20 then I just get notice of action for i-485 but never recieved notice of action for ead. Well, maybe I just gonna wait for few days I just get my notice of action of i-485 last thursday. Maybe the other letter will be coming up soon in my mail. I Hope so now Im kinda worried. Did you really get all your notice of action on the same day on the mail? or on following days? THANKS!

in the right hand upper corner of the page where it says My controls. Help. View New Posts... you click on My assistant and then on Edit Forum`s Signature. and create your timeline. That`s how i did it anyway
