If you sent copies of all of those it should be good. Maybe one to establish a start date and when you have your interview you could bring an updated one to show you've continued living together. Continue taking pictures together for the interview.

Once you go to remove the conditions in two years you can show the other items that you need a social to change.

I'M officially an april filer!!!!! I sent my package off today via usps next day mail!!! now the waiting!!!

Our package was all ready to go until I went over and found a missing passport picture for my husband!! So I'm off to walmart to get another one

taken! (oh yay another $10!) but it will be shipped in the morning!!!!

I found really helpful information and shared experience from this forum,thanks everybody .

Now,I'm hiring an anttorney to handle the packet(I485,I130 ETC), I think it will be sent out by late today or tomorrow,after that,just waiting.

Will keep updating my timeline and hope to hear good news from all you guys.

Reagrding the recent and current processing time,I was advised by my attorney that a family based(specially marrige based) I485,I130 case is really moving fast by now, in some case, only 2-3 months in total.

Pls be sure to have your documents and evidences ready, your interview may be right at the corner

Thanks Nina for pointing the thread out. They are slightly different as one is for people adjusting from work based visa's and one is for family based visa's. We should all have very similar time lines and issues.

Congrats on the NOA! You should get your biometrics letter soon.

We just did biometrics yesterday. It didn't take long at all. Now we're hoping to get a transfer let.

My NOA1 is April 21st too but not biometric letter yet!!

Yeah..we are n ow waiting for the biometrics..

Aso, have you guys noticed that USCIS is now working fast on the cases...? My friend had sent his AOS March 3 and got his EAD approved online on april 20th and got his Adavance parole already....His case was also transfered to California ...

it seens like Obama did something to the USCIS heheh

Hope to get my EAD soon...That's more important at this moment...

We are waitinf for an RFE because our Joint sponsor (My mother in law) have asked for an extension to file taxes for 2008..so we sent the Tax for 2007,2006,2005 and a W-2 for 2008 and a letter from her explaining about the extension...We are waiting for an RFE...

is anybody here in similar situation?
