Anyone?

You just create an account on the USCIS site, add your cases to your portfolio (which you have already done I assume) and wait :)))) I couldn`t see my I-485 and I-765 til I had my biometrics appointment, and I still can`t see our I-130 online at all... So I think you`ve done it and now you just wait! :)))) Good Luck!

Congrats on the EAD and AP and interviews!!!

I think the bad picture reflects how much money we've all spent on this.

Tjbrum, you've done all you can. Waiting is tough, but we've all had to do it. Just when you think they've forgotten you or lost your case, that's when the email comes. And sometimes things arrive without an email. The letter for our interview arrived with no email warning.

Hi! My Interview is on 6th August, need a clarification on filling I-864, could some one please help......

My wife's family moved to India before 5 years and been living here since then, i got married last year 23rd march 2008, we are now planning to move to the US, My mother-in-law and my brother-in-law went back to the US, since they had to join him to a school, My father-in-law stayed back since he had some personal work over here and wife is staying with me since we got married.

My Question: Since they where here all this time, My father-in-law did not file his tax, neither did my wife since she just finished her college in India, How should we file the I-864, My Father-in-laws friends in the US will fill the I-864 if he asks, but will that be considered since they are not relatives.

Hey, how`s everybody?

Our interview is next Monday and we are now preparing for it. getting a little nervous because we don`t have a lot of evidence, so to speak... here`s what we have:

- a joint bank account;

- an IRA statement with me as his beneficiary;

- an affidavit from his sister (we submitted one from my mom-in-law with the application);

- some pictures together;

- some cards addressed to both of us.

and basically that`s it... I don`t drive so he can`t add me to his car insurance, he didn`t file taxes this year because he wasn`t working this year (family reasons) and we do not have health insurance yet..

I know it`s not much, so I`m getting a little anxious... Is there anything else I can possibly add to this list? Any advice would be appreciated.
