I would get as many pictures as you can of the two of you together doing stuff and with family. Another affidavit would be good. Have you done any traveling together? I remember reading you can use boarding passes as proof. I guess you might be able to use any type of stub from a trip. Is there any type of bill you could have together even a credit card statement? How about emails or phone records from before you were married to prove there was a relationship? Or even cell phones now.

I figure it's better to take as much evidence as you can, better to show too much than not enough.

I don't think we'll hear anything for another week or two, but I'll keep you posted.

I got EAD stamp when I arrive here through JFK..

I'm still working but now I don't have to worry anymore...

Let us know when you get your EAD. I received the email :Card Production Ordered TWICE! I read somewhere that it was normal... but it`s funny to me :) The first email we got was on May,23d and the other one (the same :)) came yesterday...

04/14/2009 - Received by USCIS and signed for by J CHYBA

04/23/2009 - Received 4 NOA1 letters in mail (I-485, I-130, I-765, I-131)

04/27/2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Date set for 05/13/09

05/05/2009 - Biometrics done early (12 minutes)

06/03/2009 - Case status for I-485, I-131, and I-765 available and updated online

06/03/2009 - EAD status online: "Card Production Ordered"

06/03/2009 - AP status online: "Approval Notice Sent"

06/04/2009 - Interview letter received in the mail. Letter issued on 05/29. Interview date set for 07/15/2009

06/08/2009 - Received AP Travel document in the mail.

Hello everyone,

I sent my packet on 4/27/2009. I am surprised (and a little skeptical even)to know that my I-131 was approved today. It has been only 25 days since the NOA date. I didn't expect this to happen before my biometrics appointment date, 6/9/2009, which seems a little later than other people who has the similar timeline as mine.

I just wanted to share my experience :)

I don't know how to set up signature :crying: , but here is my timeline so far:

AOS from F-1

04-27-2009 - Mailed AOS package

04-29-2009 - AOS package arrived

05-06-2009 - Check Cashed

05-07-2009 - NOAs arrived in the mail

05-15-2009 - Biometrics letter received

05-18-2009 - I-130, I-765, I-131 touched

05-29-2009 - I-131 approved, I-765 touched

06-09-2009 - Biometrics Appointment
