unless a physician can confirm 100% that the COCAINE is out of his system completely, then he should stick with the truth, drugs is like an I-129F petition not every case is the same and it's adjudicated differently, so the drugs will have different affects, depending on each individual, one might clear his system fast and one might be slow......

The problem with this is, you don't see the test results before they ask the question.

I would also suggest an independent drug test prior to the medical.
