hi vj users good day to all im new here and my papers at nvc office hands now and we got email from cris it said other docoment card and travel was mailed to applicant what is mean my husband dont understand even his attorn[/size]ey inligtened us we apprecait it alot thank u so much

i really dont know this things even my husband and his attorney were new here and i regestered here i need help and teach us what we do next...if i not read this forum we dont know our papers was stock in nvc offices its been 4 months if i not give my husband number to call nvc we will wait for nothing by this forum its help alot and we know then we need to send docs they asked now they proses my papers and i asked question how long it takes to get interview appoinment we been 5 years knowing each other and 4 years married.

Hi I think your husband should call the NVC and talk to the operator , have your husband ask ,why it took so long, and what are the documents that are missing so you can submit asap if there are some missing. Once your case is complete the NVC will let you know when is your Interview, it may took I think 1 to 2 months after your case is complete but it is still depends on the USEM though, you can look some of the timelines of some of the members here to get some idea...and

the applicant meant to be the petitioner who filed for the beneficiary

Mostely this means they send u the rest of the required documents to be filed ..gathered and sent back to complete the process

also its so good to call and talk with a live person at NVC

call +16033340700 if u r out of the states or 603-334-0700 if u r in the states ,press 1 for english ..then 5 to talk to a live person
