Still no RFE from CSC - 3 months untouched!!!

Our NOA1 is dated April 07, 2006 with no touches or RFE since then.

March 29, 2006: mailed the I-129f form after getting all the documents translated and prepared

April 07, 2006: NOA-1

June 30, 2006: IMBRA RFE received by me

July 07, 2006: IMBRA RFE received by CSC

Aug 01, 2006: NOA-2

Aug 15, 2006: receipt from NVC stating they have the approved petition

Aug 25, 2006: email from US Embassy in Moscow, interview scheduled for Oct 16 @ 8:00 am

Sep 29, 2006: packet 3 finally received at old address even though we notified the NVC and Moscow Embassy of the new address.

October 16, 2006: Interview She passed

October 26, 2006: Arrival Date in the United States

November 09, 2006: Married

January 01, 2007: Moved from Florida to Kansas City (job related, not by choice)

January 12, 2007: Mailed paperwork for AOS, EAD, travel

January 18, 2007: Chicago received petitions

February 06, 2007: Biometrics appointment

Mt petition is at CSC with a NOA1 dated 15 March. We have not had a touch either.

The waiting game drives me insane. I know how you feel - when others are getting 'touched' and mine isn't I'm left worrying that mine has been lost or misplaced.

Praying for a break sometime soon!

My NOA1 is dated 14 april and since then we were touched only once - 24 april. Since then - tomb silence.... :unsure:

I keep reading from people who filled in May elsewhere but CSC that they are moving along. But nobody from CSC has even received the RFE !

July will be here in 5 days folks !!!

CSC UNITE !!! LET'S FLOOD THEM WITH CALLS, EMAILS AND LETTERS!!!!

April 7 not in anyway unacceptable in CA even without IMBRA. That's 2 1/2 months so nothing is out of line yet. Gotta try to stay patient! Feb. 16 is a little different and I would be contacting the Senator since that is not IMBRA-related.

Waiver approved after 10 months. Did NOT use a lawyer

My NOA 1 is March 29 and no touches since then. It is very frustrating, but I have to believe that we are getting closer, don't lose hope. Based on everything I have read and heard, in my opinion CSC is most likely sending out RFE's as they begin processing your case. Maybe I am wrong and they will mass mail them. It just seems logical with the volume they have that we will get our RFE's when they actually start our adjudication.

7-08-06 Stopped by Border Securtiy on NCIC name hit - Identity Theft two years ago and theif used my name as an alias which is now permanently tied to his criminal file as an alias - Border Security very helpful and understanding and apologetic about the situation but they have to verify I was not the perpetratpr.

7-10-06 Sent RFE

7-11-06 Received by CSC

7-19-06 Touched e-mail stating received 7-19-06 (BS)

8-03-06 Wondering ####### is taking so long - 128 days now

8-21-06 Congressional Inquiry

8-24-06 NOA2 WHoooohoooo

I know that the only reason mine has been touched is becuase it was moved to Cali. That's it. I'm not expecting any RFE anytime soon.

Probably wont get NOA2 until after the summer is dead and gone.

My NOA is dated March 16 and I have never been touched even though I signed up for email status updates. I have floated the idea of bringing my love here from El Salvador in a most "unorthodox" way, but it would be somewhat dangerous and cause more problems here. My pillow contains tears of frustration and the dreams of being in her arms.....God Bless
