when to send ds3032 email?

Great news!!!

I called and NVC finally gave me the case number for our I-130. I am planning on waiting a day or two to send DS3032 email- or should i just make my spouse send the email today itself? The young lady from NVC who I spoke to over the phone said they just received this today and she doesn't think everything is manually entered or not.

I was asked the following: petitioners name, spouse's name, and both of our DOB's

Also she took both of our email address and mentioned we should be receiving email updates regarding the case.

How would i find out when is the right time my spouse can send DS3032 email? or what's the key question that i should be asking NVC if i need to call them?

Somebody please advice!!

2009-04-20 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-04-20 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail) again after receiving the email for DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-04-20 : AOS PAID (online)

2009-04-23 : AOS package sent to NVC

2009-04-24 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted - Beneficiary received email - ACCEPTED one was 4/17/2009 email

2009-04-24 : IV Fee bill generated

2009-04-24 : IV bill PAID - showed PAID ON- 04/25/2009 and printed coversheet

2009-04-25 : DS-230 sent to NVC

2009-05-07 : case complete at NVC

2009-05-13 : Forward the case to Embassy in Chennai, India

As soon as you case is generated and received noticed from the NVC. NVC will not acept anything unless you have your case in the system. Wait till they give you a case number, from them, a hard copy then you can e mail the DS3032 follow up with a hardcopy to be safe. Goodluck!

Well we are almost in same lvl from NVC. But before email them , call and talk to a operator to deliver ur email and ur spouse, and ask for IIN ( invioce identification number). When we call the operator said; email our ds3032 with out the first touch from them only would delay the process since U dont have anything to back up it. So better wait a lil bit.

Hi all,

I got my case number on april 16th now my question is do I have to wait for AVR to say that my DS3032 has been generated or I can send it now??

When I spoke to an operator today she said I will be getting an email from NVC in 2-4 weeks.

I also have a signed copy of DS3032 with me.When can I snail mail it?
