Hello again people, every once in awhile, I do have a question, and there it is: I am filing form 1-130 for my step-son in Cameroon Africa, and on the instruction sheet it states Documents needed to prove family relationship?

it states form G-325A, now my question is: Do I need to fill a biographic from for my step-son or just for myself or both of us?

the instructions states the filer needs one and the husband or wife does..what about children? or myself the filer?

I am a bit lost on that one, if any of you have an experience in that regards step-child please let me know, it will be very much appreciated.

kind regards

Mmebitote
