I have been traveled 5 times to my native home country and each time they stamped on my visa at the port and I had turned it in after we had left that port. Back in US they stamped only in customs declared form, In anyway where could I go to extract this record? thanks

humm... that's weird. They all stamp at your passport, entry and exit place.

Not in Vietnam in all cases.

There have been several threads on this that the OP can read. Short answer: It is possible to go in and out of VN with no stamp if you have a loose (non-affixed) visa. Another VJ member was trying to find a way to get records from either the travel agent (no luck), the airlines (no luck) or the VN Government. I do not know what happened with VN, but I would be surprised if this yielded anything.

You will have to rely on photos as proof of your togtherness and other tangible evidence showing when you were in-country.

Hieumin, could you update your timeline please? and are you K-1 or IR-1/CR-1??

I just got back from VN last week after unseccessfully rebutting the HCMC Consulate's findings :crying: (I hired ME). The Custom Officer at LAX didn't stamp "Admitted to LAX, USA" in my passord like last time. However, this time I have the orginial Vietnamese Custom Declaration form stamped (Don't know why the VNese Custom didn't keep it when I left VN this time.)

You have to reply on boarding pass & other evidences.

I have returned to US through SEA and ANC and sometimes the US does not stamp unless I ask them to. On the occasions they have stamped it they did it on a random page. It is hard to find the right one apparently. The VN stamps are always in and out and in the right place, even when I did a multiple entry to VN and Cambodia. Save all boarding passes and itineraries and the airline may be able to get a manifest showing you actually being on the flight. Worth a try.

No they don't.

Been in ando out of the U.S. 33 times in the last year, the U.S. never onced stamped my passport on exit and only 5 times upon entry.

wow! really? in asia they're very strict on stamping the passport. Hummm... maybe you can show your boarding pass... you can also ask the airlines to issue a letter that the ticket was used and you did board the plane.
