u may think abt it when ur petition is approved and she is filing for I-864 ( if she is the USC )

i read on some topics that this court order can be added to her income while filing the affidavit of support is that right?

Does anyone know if receiving child support from my ex for my children income that I can claim on top of my wages that I currectly earn with the affidavit of support?

If so, we would I include that?

Should I include a separate notorized letter with the court order and a printout of the child support that I have received and from what date should I start the printout?
