NOAs received for I-130, I-131, I-485, I-765 dated April 13, 2009

Biometric 1-485 & I-765 scheduled April 29, 2009 letter dated April 15, 2009 (8 days from filing!)

Biometric done 04/29/2009

EAD and AP touched 05/08/2009

I-485 waiting for letter requesting initial evidence 05/08/2009

RFE received for 864 requesting 2008 tax return 05/15/2009

Mailed RFE letter 05/16/2009

wow.Congrats.I told you 15-25 days after biometrics usually. You got it at 23 days after ur biometrics. So you are saying you got no NOA2 ? So do you think the service request really helped ?

Filed for AOS . Sent through USPS Priority Express : March 03, 2009
Package Delieverd at USCIS: March 05, 2009
March 13, 2009 : Checks Cashed
March 13, 2009 : NOA 1 received on I-485, I-130, I-765. Dated March 11th, 09
March 17, 2009 : Biometrics Letter recieved (Dated 13th March). Interview on 1st week of April
April 2, 2009 : Biometrics done. Total time taken with wait 20 mins.
April 22, 2009 : Called USCIS. They have received fingerprints and work permit is in process.
May 7, 2009 : I-765 case online. Card Production ordered.
May 11,2009 : EAD card received.
May 12,2009 : Applied for SSN.
May 18,2009 : Received SS card.
June 08,2009 : Received Letter for Interview ( scheduled on July 14 th July )
July 14th : Great Interview. All done in 20 mins.
July 18th: Online status - Card Production ordered. Thank God !! I-130 online status : Pending
July 23rd : Welcome to USA & I-130 approval letter recieved. Online status still shows pending.
July 31st : Received conditional green card
Removing Condition
3/25/11 - Received reminder from USCIS to file for ROC
5/6/11 - Sent I-751 Packet to CSC via usps
5/9/11- Package delivered to csc.
5/11/11- Check cashed electronically by CSC
5/16/11- NOA 1 received
5/27/11 - Biometrics letter received.Scheduled on 06/06/11. Case Online
6/6/11 - Biometrics done
9/6/11 - Approved.Card Production Ordered

Thanks Christera22. Actually they had sent out the EAD card on 04-13-09 whereas I had called them on 04-15-2009. So I'll never find out whether the service request was any help. What did help was that I received an email regarding my service request which confirmed that My EAD had been approved and sent out on the 13th of April. Yours should be processed soon too. Just applied for SSN today too. They said 5-7 days.

So i think you can call to ask about ur interview date as you hav`nt recieved any NOA 2. Plus any idea about ur I-130 ? what`s showing online ?

Thanks Saspak. Yes hope so ......... waiting is too painful. I can guess how you feel with the EAD card in ur wallet. :thumbs: Good Luck in finding a job of your choice. Thats another area of pain & anxiety for me ............... dnt know anything yet.

Am not sure if the Interview is tied to the EAD. They'll take care of the I-485 in their own time. For now am concentrating on Applying for a Drivers License and Credit cards. I hope I can get one soon. Job search would be another headache. Thinking about moving out of NY, so for now am not even bothering with the Job search. I am sure your EAD is being processed as we speak. Just be patient. The shore is almost visible.......
