No. But a 1-1/2 year old is excellent primary evidence you met in the last two years. Better than photos even..

No necessarily, if you do the math, 1 1/2 years + 9 months > 2 yrs :P

But if your kid is real cute and behaved at the interview, that may make a difference!!!

our daughter was born in our home....so I was thinking of sending a video of the birth...which is less than two years ago and shows the father throughout the labor and obviously me giving birth...plus birth certificate......do the accept a disco with video as evidence?

because we have never stayed in a hotel and i dont have plane ticket stubbs. also i have lots of pictures....of the three of us together, i feel like that is obvious proof?!

thank everyone for their opinions and replys!

i really could care less if they do or dont want to see me give birth....they are asking for proof and that is pretty solid proof

and it seems as though they want you to get personal

Honestly, better proof is the birth cert with the fathers name. you could have given birth to anyones child in the video for all they know. I also do not think they take video's DVD's and such, as they dont really have time to view them.

and no it doesnt speed up the process. I had my husbands son before starting the process, and we waited the norm.

Good Luck on your journey.

Experience talking here!. Look at my timeline.

What most people here say is true, the only help a child can bring is that he/is proof of the serious relationship. I hope you sent copy of the BC with the father's last name on it, cause you gave your child the father's last name right?. When submitting all the proof with the I-129F you had to send pics of the three of you and the BC, that is enough.

Good luck and let me knw if you need any other advice.
