How to Package the Package

Ok, this may be a stupid question, but what is the norm for packagin the package? I have all my documents, all signatures, cover letter...etc all in a blue double pocket folder as was planning on mailing it from UPS on Monday. Is there a recommended way or non-recommended way to organize and package the package prior to mailing? Thanks, Payato

Well....I just compiled mine in order, used one of those big metal ACCO clips and inserted it into an express post envelope. No fanfare, no fancy binder...just clipped together. It arrived just fine and we were approved.

Put the petition in one of those durable cardboard envelopes that won't bend easily! Just arrange the documents in a way that makes sense -- coverletter, letters of intent, I-129F, supplement to qu. 18, the G bio docs, etc. Arrange your evidence of having met in a similar way -- travel itineraries in chronological order, pictures labled and dated and arranger in order, etc.

Also, I held the various parts of my petition together using few paper clips because the ACCO clips are too big imo

Not that this is anything special since people get approved with different ways of doing it.

I put on top a high-level table of contents.

Then for each section listed, as appropriate to me, I put a more detailed TOC.

None with page numbers, just a heading of what was behind so if they were looking for something, they could find it with relative ease ... at least to my way of thinking.

I put mine in order the way the USCIS described and used no cover letter yup "no cover letter" and put it in a Manila folder ironic enough. and into a large white cardboard envelope and shipped it.

I put mine in binder/folder type of thing. It was similar to the ACCO clips, but protected my application more and it makes it easier to pull out specific pages out, instead of having to take apart the whole thing just to pull out one page ( I thought). At first, I was kind of skeptical about punching holes, but I don't regret my decision.
