I would start to worry after three weeks, they're called the "Very Slow Center". Did you send package with tracking? As long as you know that they're received the package, then you don't have to worry. Even if they deposited the check, it would take 2-4 business days to show up on your account, so again don't worry now.

Yes, I tracked the delivery of I-751 package, it was delivered to VSC on April 7th.

Yes, here is someone else with the same timeline, it's me Docs were sent to VSC on Apr 6th, 2009 by overnight mail, were received at VSC the next day, Apr 7th, 2009.

It's been over a week, still no NOA1, the check has not been cashed yet. I stopped at my bank today, asked them how long it usually takes to clear a check, they told me it may take a few more days because of recent holidays.

I am also worried, I looked at other people's timelines, I see some people who sent docs about two weeks before me received their noa1's in only a week.

Oh! Please do not worry. Last Friday was Good Friday, it's considered a holiday for lots of people, so perhaps it costed them a few days delay, but I'm sure you guys will get them before the end of next week. Hang in there!

Ah! See? No worries. Although USCIS is not exactly like the IRS, but it still needs money to keep it going, so they'll eventually get to you in due time. Yea! I understand your feeling, never ever been happier to see a big chunk of money fly away from the bank account.
