What happened at the first interview and why did you have a second one?

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

our first was stoped because it was lunch time. when we finished the second the immigration officer said we would receive an answer in not more than 4 weeks, but it's been over 4 weeks. I whant to know from people that had the same experience what happened in their cases.

Is this for real??? I have never heard of anyone's interview being stopped because it was lunchtime. I have been around immigration boards for the last 6 years and I have never heard of anything like this before.

I would be making a infopass appointment and contacting my congressman to find out what is going on!

At our interview, we were told that we were still in background checks, that a decision couldn't be made until those were complete. We were not given a timeframe , nor were we promised we'd not have a second interview. That would depend on what came up with the checks....or so we were told.
