Hello All, I sent of my DS-230 part 1 form and my IV-15 to the london embassy and am awaiting my confirmation and interview date.

I have a couple of questions about the final hurdles:

1) I sent the forms a little before the 17th March - I have been patiently waiting just over a month now. How long before I should start pestering the embassy?

2) Are there any more charges for the visa? I have paid the £180 for my medical which I will be untertaking soon. Of course money is not an object if it means we will be together, but it would be nice to be able to prepare for the next set of charges.

thanks for you help in advance :-)

or this thread: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.ph...=177012&hl= people between NOA2 & Interview at London Embassy.

I started pestering as soon as i knew my documents had been received, you can call DOS to see if the information has been loaded as this is what normally takes the time before an interview date is set...did you only send the DS-230 & IV-15?? What about the DS-156, DS-157??

You do have to pay about £90 at the embassy for the visa and also pay about £24 for the courier to deliver your passport back to you.

Thanks muchly for the help and advice. It seems I have not sent the DS-156/DS-157 forms and that is why they have been waiting. I'd best get them sent next day delivery pronto!
