Double checking I134

We're about to print everything off and just want to double check with the community that we have what we need.\

• Completed I-134
• W2 for 2008
• Latest bank statement
• Letter from employer stating income and possibility of work for the next 7 years
• Summary of bonds/investments

Question #1: The "employer" filed is too short for the full name of her employer, do we need to write it in with a pen instead?

Question #2: Are we missing anything?

Q2: tax transcripts for prior 3 yrs.

hope others can help as i'm not expert.

tax transcripts for prior 3 yrs.

I believe the three year transcripts is required when you are self employed. If not, then only last year's (2008 now) return and W2 is needed.
