thx everyone im happy my hubby is gonna be here in 4 more days!! i have a question my hubby was asking me about how on the passport i guess near the stamp or something there is our nvc case number and then there is a 01 behind it what does that mean.. is that normal?

mine got that 01 too... at the end of the case number

Mine too, i think it's just a correlative... the case number plus the numbers of visas given....

Well...I made it through Friday! Tomorrow at midnight I will be in my habibi's arms again!!! I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo excited!!

POE is JFK. He called me a 4 am and he was sitting on the plane...almost ready to take off! He has been in the air now almost 4 hours. He lands in JFK around 4 pm today. He then has to wait for his connection to Raleigh NC until 9:45 and should arrive here in NC at midnight. Raleigh is about 2 hours away from me...so I am going to drive to Raleigh this afternoon and wait at a friends house (I am bringing my 3 year old and I want her to rest a while before we go to the airport), then pick him up, come back & sleep a little, then drive back home. I'm so excited! I only slept like 3 hours last night!

Hi everyone!!! I hope you are all well. Finally with my hubby and it is wonderful...I haven't worried about where my cell phone was for a few days and that is so weird!! I just wanted to pop in and say hello.

Ghetto...hubby went smoothly through customs/immigration at JFK...it took about 1 1/2 hours to get through. But then his plane was delayed! He wasn't able to call me after arriving at JFK because he didn't have any change and was tired...so don't be alarmed if he doesn't call!!

I'm so happy for you Amanda. It was a long awaited reunion. Just enjoy your time together. I know how it is and we are starting to enjoy our life together too. Remember, Life is Short and we only have a little time here, so we must enjoy what we have and not fret the little things. (Actually, I learned from my first marriage, haha!!).

Eca, enjoy your last few days there. Like I said before, yes, I know it will be hard leaving, but it will never be forever, YES!!! You will see each other again, and they will always be there for you. Best wishes.

Congratulations for your interview date bro and am so sorry couldnt replay to you i tried from my cell but sounds like it didn`t work anyways i got AP they interview me and my wife separate

first we got to the window together then she asked my wife can i talk to mohamed please while you waiting , then she told me you can call your wife now ,then she asked me to leave at the last she said every thing looking ok but we still have to do some Administrative Process so i told the CO you know you been so famouse about that AP she looked at me and just smile and handed me my passport with white paper marked on AP & passport

Thank you so much vny.... ... i'm trying to be stronge but definitly it will be hard... . Life change but I hope to see my family again in January 2010... well ... that's my wish ... ...but only God knows...
