Hey guys its been a long time since my last post in this thread,..right after NVC assigned my interview date, i was busy gathering documents and so on and so fort.. ...anyway i just want to share to you my friends here that I am APROVED ... i post my interview experience in Philippine thread... my interview was last June 05, I cant connect to internet immidietly. As of now I am waiting for my visa ..hopefully this week they will deliver it..thank you for everything and for answering all my inquiries ..thank you soooooooooo much everyone

Hey Thanks you so much for all your good wishes. Yes, it is a big relief. Spoke to her last night and she said the long part of it was just waiting. She got there around 8:45 for a 9:30 appointment then she said they gave her number 47. So she waited for over 2 hours to be called to provide her documents. Then she waited another half hour to be called for finger prints. Then over another hour for her actual interview, which was just conducted at the counter through the window. She finally finished about noon and texted me.

She said the interview was pretty easy. She said her officer only asked her a few questions like where I work and a couple more things and she was done. She said she was so surprized that she asked the officer, "Is that it, we are done???". And she was told "Yes, and congratulations". Then they asked her addresses for where to send the GC and where to mail her passport back to her. She said she thinks the CO wanted to go to lunch too, so maybe that's why her interview was so fast. lol. So now I guess as long as she gets her passport back, she'll be coming on the 19th.

So Thanks again everyone. Coming here everyday on VJ has been such a blessing. I'm sure you all know what I mean. So yes, Thank you very much!!!

Anyway, so........KD?? Eca?? Birdie?? How'd it go????

And yes Amanda and everyone else having their interviews soon, it does finally come!!! Seemed like forever, but it will soon be over for all of us. Let's keep the 100% June Club going....Best Wishes All......

Hi everybody!!! It's really great to see only wonderful news here!!!!

Congraaaats!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so happy too... As you know today for me it's just the 50% of my interview, but it was good and here is a beautiful and sunny day The lady checked all my documents, gave me back the originals (sent to NVC) just made me a few questions to verify the information and to my relief she said "everything looks good, come back next monday at 12 pm.... you better eat lunch because you will be here for a long time... "

i finished interview but had to wait to get visa until evening ...just now i came back...... interview was very very simple. no proof of relation and no documents were needed CO asked oly 3 questions and told tht my visa is approved ... i couldnt believe it would be ths simple else i would hv enjoyed for one year and four months. finally leaving day after tomoro and i will post interview questions tomoro. till then. its a party time today.. .

Well, since March '08 in El Salvador everybody must go to two interviews.... I think it's because there's a lot of people... They check the documents and tell you if something is missing... I was lucky, i was number 12 in the list and took me about 2 1/2 hours... i think there were at least 50 persons for interviews (some of them with family group)

Hello congratz all on getting approval. My wife's day is next tuesday morning in Mumbai. I will be arriving there on monday night.
