CONGRATULATIONS Champi :thumbs::dance: You must be absolutely thrilled! Great news to start the month of hopefully more good news for us all.

Thanks VivianNYC!!! Yes, thrilled and somewhat relieved. Now only if I can get through this day properly with 4 hours sleep ;) There is still one more thing I am waiting on my dad's health. If everything turns out ok there...then I'll be at the height of happiness :)

Congratz Champi and Kotana..we are looking forward to know about details of the interview...seems like it was a very easy one though...

Kotana..you said that the pre-interview they asked for pictures before wedding and certified marriage forms...the pre-interview doesnt really count for anything right? it's the actual interview that counts?

Thanks Ben and Ash.. Based on what my husband said, it was very easy and quick. And not just for him, that was the case for about everyone who was interviewed....

ok my question is: Is it possible that i can still get my stimulus next year? Since i wil be getting my SSN once i arrived in USA on JULY.. Can my husband ammend his tax status? What do we need? I think the ITIN is if the spouse are still out of USA>. but since i will be arriving and getting my SSN - do i really need ITIN?

Thanks jiskat :D You know, I don't know much details about tax. But, I do believe your husband can amend taxes once you arrive in US and have Social Security number. I don't think you need ITIN # to amend taxes if you already have SSN #.

Not tomorrow, but 6 days and counting, for KD and Eca too...But this is getting all too hairy for me. Had all kinds of dreams last night about going to the embassy with her :unsure: I won't be able to, but those dreams kept on coming..

Does anyone have an interview tomorrow...who's next up???

Not tomorrow, but 6 days and counting, for KD and Eca too...But this is getting all too hairy for me. Had all kinds of dreams last night about going to the embassy with her :unsure: I won't be able to, but those dreams kept on coming..

yea vny.... i am feeling uneasy too though my hubby is coming after 2 days.. i m feeling nervous for interview.

hope we all pass this smoothly . prayers for everyone
