KD, I am from NJ! That would be cool! lol It's u!! I am picturing that scene!! lol WE should start a VJ club! U really think the CO was doing that??? Either way it didn't matter since our relationship is so strong and so real no amount of questions would have messed my hubby up He's known me since I was 14!!

We did not do anything. We got the info calling NVC at the phone.

Actually we are stilla waiting the confirmation email from NVC.

Corinne, when do u arrive? Have u booked ur ticket yet? Hubby blocked May 22nd but won't purchase it till he has visa in hand on May 20th. OMG HOW FREAKIN' EXCITING!!

Hi GS4EVER,

I arrive in the US on Saturday...2 more sleeps before I leave! I booked my ticket the day after I got my visa. My hubby and I have been very lucky that we have been able to spend a lot of time together over the past 2 years. He was recently here in Australia for 3 months and left just 3 months ago. I am dying to see him but had some important things to wrap up here that we both agreed had to be done! It has been absolutely hectic, tying up loose ends, clear and packing etc and trying to see all family and friends before I leave. I have been out to dinner every night for the past week and hung over every morning! I swear I have put on at least 10 pounds in the past week. Busy Busy Busy.

Also, I have read in some of the posts that perhaps we should all met up when in the US. What I think would be a good idea (let me know if you all disagree) is that we should have VJ groups in each State. By that I mean, something like a New Immigrant Support Group where all new immigrants can meet and chat and share experiences about settling in the US. After all, we will all be facing the same challenges adjusting in a new country and can help each other out with information that we may find etc.

Initially I will be in Santa Fe, New Mexico but travelling between there and Las Vegas, Nevada - Anyone else heading that way?

Hey, don't stress yourself out with the What If scenarios....try something like 'It will' , that is, 'It will be like this' , ' I will make it this way' etc. I used to 'What If' alot until I got to that point in my life where i put my faith and trust in God and accepted whatever God chose for me. Things happen for a reason even though we may not understand it at the time. So instead of 'What if' just go with the flow.

Hey Champs! Thank u and welcome back! I always do the what ifs as well. The nite of the interview I actually had a dream in which i was convincing the CO why we should get the visa and I was telling them our story so excitedly But it all worked out in the end. I agree with what Corinne said. Things always happen for a reason but u might not be able to see it until later on.

Welcome in advance! I can't wait till next weekend so I can welcome hubby back into my arms!! OMG so excitinggg!! I already reserved the taxi to get him from JFK. This will be the last weekend we will sleep in separate beds and eat alone
