Caught one more little error, in champi's previous list, it stated forwarded to NVC...GOD FORBIDDDD!!! Imagine we go backward :unsure: lol So I took the liberty to change it to forwarded to consulate and combined both ATK and Champi's list. So here is the final one we have so far that you guys can add to. Bold the addition as u move the list forward :star:

Hey everyone congrats on everyone getting their case completed and interview dates! My hubby got his interview date as well today for June 8 at 8am! So excited! Our case was completed on April 23rd. Congrats again to everyone! We're so close to the END!

Congrats Sanam. Yes, END of one journey, and the beginning of the next journey...MARRIAGE!!! And Hopefully everyone's goes Happily Ever After!!!!

(Saw some sad posts on other threads and hope no one here experiences that. Plus this is my second time around too, but someone told me when I was going through my divorce...He asked me if I knew why divorce was so expensive?......Ans: Because it is worth it!!! lol. At least it helped me a little going through it at the time.)

BTW, AVR still says "case complete...blah blah blah....8 weeks blah blah blah". Do they actually update it to say that case was forwarded?

I'm going to be sick. You all are getting case complete after me and are already getting interview dates. I'm still waiting, but i'm glad that all your embassies and NVC are doing thier job for you. I called Friday and got the standard answer, your case is waiting to be scheduled for interview date, blah blah blah blah

08/21/2008- Mailed I-130 today

08/23/2008- I-130 recieved at chicago lock box

08/27/2008- NOA1 notice date

01/05/2009- recieved NOA2 approval e-mail from CRIS

NVC

2009-01-16 : NVC Received and Case Number Assigned (don't know exact date)

2009-01-16 : DS-3032 and AOS bill generated

2009-01-25 : DS-3032 sent (by e-mail)

2009-01-28 : AOS bill invoiced (paid online)

2009-02-02 : AOS bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-02 : AOS package sent to NVC (sent overnight)

2009-01-29 : DS-3032 Choice of Agent accepted

2??? : AOS entered into NVC system (NVC recieved AOS 03-feb-2009)

2009-02-01 : IV bill invoiced(paid online)

2009-02-03 : IV bill PAID and cover sheet printed

2009-02-23 : Medical completed

2009-03-13: DS-230 and Packet 3 sent to NVC

Yep, AVR will say your case is forwarded to [Embassy Name] on [date]....

Thanks Champi. Our appt letter says it was forwarded, but I guess it takes a while for the AVR to catch up. Guess I will still be calling until I get that message.
