I was coming back home on the train and i just went through my email and there it was, an email from uscis :

Current Status: Approval notice sent.

On April 14, 2009, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I130 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR RELATIVE, FIANCE(E), OR ORPHAN. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.

Congrats! It's good to see VSC is working. Welcome to your new home at the NVC and just as a quick tip, don't sweat it if you don't get a case number for a while. It's been taking most of us 15-20 days roughly. Congrats again!
