as far as I know, YES. But you must be careful since the I-134 asks if the sponsor has filed affidavit of support for any other people. Your income has to be enough for the "size of sponsor's household + 2" to be able to sponsor the 2 people. As long has the income is still above 125%, I dont think there is any reason to worry.

More senior members will definitely correct me if I am wrong, which will be much appreciated :)

I have 2 answers for you. First, if your income meets the requirements for that size family, of course you can. The instructions tell you to include in your household size all members including other immigrants you are sponsoring.

For you there is a catch, you may want to complete your husband's AOS before sponsoring anybody, especially if we're talking about another arab man, particularly from his family or friend circle. This second benificiary will probably get caught up in ar forever if the consulate suspects that he and he brother/cousin/friend/whatever might be using you to get here. I'm not saying he is, I'm saying that Co's in arab countries look for stuff like that.
