I am trying to reconstruct the dates of onemy visits to the US, and I seem to remember that one of the forms I had to file at some point in this process, I had sign with my location, but I can't remember which form it was. When I look at the blank forms, it looks like they are all signed by the petitioner. Am I mistaken? Did they change the forms?

I started applying in 2007 and had to refile the I130 twice becaue I submitted the wrong fees. Everything else was filed in 2008.

G-325A?

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

G-325A?

That was my first thought, but the online form I looked at, just had a signature line, you didn't have to write where you were signing it. I really thought I had to write in where I was signing the document, but I can't remember what form.

My husband says it was something he had to sign attesting to where I was, but on the forms now, I can't find anything like that. Anyone remember a form like this?

Maybe the I-130 there is a place on there where the petitoiner has to put the City and Country where you will get the visa at, meaning the place where you will interview at for the visa. But you the beneficary do not need to sign the I-130 only sign the G-325A forms 4 times cause there are 4 identical pages of the G-325A forms.

Truly happy!!!

New life, new adventures, and a new attitude.
