Lot of CYA here - but some people on the internet found the store - interesting read.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

Good recon, B.U.

Don't just open your mouth and prove yourself a fool....put it in writing.

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

Good. I hope those schmucks are made examples of. Restaurants should be required to have cameras in the kitchen area and there should be severe consequences for anyone willingly and deliberately violating a customer's food.

There are severe consequences if they are caught. In some places, it's considered a felony.

but I think I will keep cooking my own food from now on.

Anyone want the recipe for Monte Cristo sandwiches, just like Bennigans? Bennigans Monte Cristo Sandwich

(hint - prepare the sandwiches the night before you serve, and wrap them tightly in plastic wrap to keep them together when you dunk them in the batter/oil)

It should be. You wouldn't expect a gas station attendant to pour sugar in your fuel tank, or key your door while he's filling up your car.

I think the worst thing I ever heard about was someone who took a bare assed fart over someone's caesar salad.

Ugh. :dead:

Avoiding eating out isn't the answer. I believe these are rare occurrences. My experience working in restaurants - there are usually managers all over that kitchen. The workers take pride in their cooking...for the most part.

hehehe...I meant to type 'avoid eating out.'

I think if you frequent local, family owned restaurants, your most likely to get better food cooked by people who really care about your dining experience.
