This is to say that I was approved at my interview in Paris a few days ago...

Big thanks to everybody!Good luck with your coming interviews...

AOS JOURNEY:

September 13TH 2006 NOA1 for EAD and Adj of Status

September 23rd Biometrics notification by snail mail

September 27th RFE : Cosponsor needs to send more proof of his business activity

September 29 th RFE sent to Lee's summit

October 6th : Biometrics.

October 9TH:"RFE delivery refused!!, not enough postage available!"

October 16th : RFE finally delivered after second try!

October 18TH: email notification RFE received! Finally updating things online?

October 30TH: Transfer to CSC!!! Wohoo!

November 2th: CSC received case;online notification!

November 8TH 2006: AOS APPROVED!!!! Vive California!!! 5 days to get approved!Online notification

November 14 2006: GC or should I say White card arrived in the mail!!! I checked my mail only on the 15th

March 20, 2006- mail K-1 VISA (certified & return receipt).

March 22, 2006 - Vermont office receives our application.

March 23, 2006 - NOA1

March 24, 2006 - Check is cashed

April 22, 2006 - Receive email from USCIS that RFE is mailed for more information.

April 28, 2006 - Receive RFE in the mail. Need final divorce decree from Andreas.

June 20, 2006 - 2nd RFE (IMBRA)

June 23, 2006 - Received RFE (IMBRA) in the mail.

June 24, 2006 - FedEx IMBRA RFE to Vermont office.

June 27, 2006 - Vermont Office received IMBRA RFE.

We got caught up in the IMBRA net and are now waiting waiting waiting :unsure::unsure::unsure: for that mess to sort itself out. If only I had sent the dadburned I 29F in a day or two earlier, he might be here already. One of the most heartbreaking lessons on procrastination I have ever had...Is there anything special we should know about the k1 interview in Paris? What kind of questions were you asked?

I just want to tell you how incredibly happy I am for you and your fiancé. She must be such a wonderful person for you, especially to have waited for each other. I am soooo proud of you for sticking it out and being persistent. You will be very successful in your future and God will bless you both a lot. Keep positive and take care and just remember that life is an adventure. You are living it each moment! Bonne chance!!!
