Hi

I was just wondering if anybody has had to submit a K2 application. My fiancee and I will need to do so soon for my 5 year old daughter. I am a bit unsure what additional forms we would need to complete. I am aware that for the I-129 she will be included on mine, but are there any additional payment to the USCIS for this and any other submissions that need to be sent for her? just trying to get a general idea on how much whole process will cost

Thank you in advance

When you go for the interview you will submit basically a duplicate application (and medical exam and fees) for your daughter UNLESS your daughter is a US citizen with her own passport, then you submit nothing, she doesn't need a visa.

Thanks for the quick reply. So basically does that mean I pay only one fee for each form submitted?

Sorry forgot to also ask , when it is time to remove conditions whether my daughter and I will need to complete seperate I-485 forms?

THANK U

i-129F petition... One fee

visa fees - separate fees

when you apply for adjustment of status (form I-485) each applicant has a separate own fee...

removing conditions (i-751) is a whole different matter ... could be combined could be separate dependent on circumstance

YMMV
