my mom just found it and i sended it with my k3 do u guys or girls think it will slow my case it stress me out please someone help me

i sended my case on nov 11,2009 they got it on nov 13 then transfered to csc on jan 11 then i sended i-129 have feb 5 and uscis got it feb 13 and i havent heard anything from them still pending im worried please someone help

You are a US citizen?

Im sorry dont know the answer for your question.I had an error also with my I-130 petition before, a typo error with my name.My husband called USCIS and NVC to correct it and they correct it immediately.I'll just need to send a letter and a proof of the real spelling of my name.

04.20.2009 : Received Date

05.05.2009 : Received NOA from USCIS

07.28.2009 : Biometrics Appointment

08.04.2009 : EAD Card REceived in mail

AOS:

02.22.2010 : Mailed AOS Application via USPS Express Mail

02.23.2010 : Received date (Chicago Lockbox)

03.02.2010 : Received NOA

03.25.2010 : Biometrics Appointment

05.14.2010 : Interview [Passed!!! Yahoo! Thank God :)]

06.12.2010 : Green Card Received
