Still, it remains that Zermeno missed the bloody-obvious fact that Spain is not Mexico (the fact that Spain once ruled Mexico is entirely tangential), ergo Mexican rules of flag-display are inapplicable--basically Zermeno is a chop and should STFU!

Spain did not RULE Mexico, it ruled the Vice royalty of the New Spain brush up on that history. Mexico became a sovereign nation in 1810, did not exist before that.

As for flag waving, you guys get your panties in a knot when people abroad do "x", "y" or "z" to your flag, so who needs to stfu? Chillax.
