Hey everyone...

We have applied for our I-130 through the TSC and obviously it was forwarded to the CSC. However TSC received it 6/2 and I am still waiting for a check to be cashed or the NOA1!!!! I dont expect an overnight Visa, but am just deseprately wanting to get my K3 out in the mail and get in line!

What is the deal with CSC? I am seeing left and right others out there who submitted their I130 to other service centers the same days I did and they already have the K3 submitted with a notice, both checks cashed!!!!!

Is there a way I can find out where the application is? Will I receive notice it was forwarded to CSC from TSC? Do I have to wait 30 days before this inquiry? Can someone just shoot me in the head, please?

You know what is funny, is that I have been through this process before years ago, and back then I told other people to be patient. Then as I was planning to go through this again with my current wife, I have also told people to be patient.

But then when you are actually the one WAITING, its freakin-impossible to be so darn patient!!!!!!
