I called the embassy this morning and YES as in YES, it is confirmed, like our lawyer said VISA is APPROVED and it is in process now for printing and wait for the norification from AIR21 if visa is ready for delivery :dance: Thank God the long waiting is near to end. :star:

Congratulations ariesgirl! Watta great news! Its proven that if you will just have faith in HIM everything will be alright! Soon you will be with your beloved husband. Am so happy for ya! God is so good!

wow, congrats aries. finally you and your love will be together soon. i want to correct about the age issue. age doesnt matter anyhow when you two love each other. i am 21 and my husband is 64but we never had a problem for getting my visa.also i had a baby from the past but my baby got visa too in very easy way

N-400 Application for Naturalization

September 21, 2012 - N-400 packet sent
September 24, 2012 - Check cashed
September 26, 2012 - NOA 1 received
October 01, 2012 - Biometrics letter received
October 26, 2012 - Biometrics appt @ 11am
March 1, 2013 - Oathtaking. US citizen finally!!!

:wow: yan !!! In my case, I had hard time in my CO during my first interview and tough interrogation in FPU :( ......thank God it turns out good after they review my papers and the new evidences I submitted cleared up the issues :thumbs:

03-15-2009: received an email from NVC - bill to agent $400 processing fee and paid it

03-26-2009: done with the fraud unit

03-30-2009: recieved the instruction packet for CR-1

05-09-2009: visa received

05-12-2009: my flight to Sacramento California

02/22/2011-New IL arrived schedule for March 29

02/22/2011-Descheduled Letter Again ( 2nd Time)
