My husband is Canadian resident and living in US from 2007 on F-1 visa and now i am applying for him for Green card.Can he keep two PR cards,both of Canada and USA.Still he cannt apply for Canadian Citizenship (because he didnt live there continously as that time limit that rtequired)

Technically there is no reason why he can't be a permanent resident of Canada and the United States - however - if he is out of Canada for a long time he may lose his Canadian permanent residency. There are certain circumstances where he may be able to keep it, but unless you are Canadian or he is working for a Canadian company, that is unlikely.

Keeping your permanent resident status

Your permanent resident status allows you to live in Canada, but there is also a time limit on how long you can live outside the country. To keep your status as a permanent resident, you must live in Canada for at least two years within a five-year period.
