Received AP today. Was expecting EAD along with it. Shouldn't both arrive pretty much the same time though. One Other thing. How come EAD/AP haven't been touched yet. I received AP without an Online touch, so am assuming a decision would have been taken on EAD too without an online touch.

May be EAD decision has been made. BUt Saspak you already know by now that there is no surity about online systems. If you get your EAD that fast, then we all here can get an idea how fast things are moving. As far as i have seen here EAD & AP comes in different times. By the way did you apply with I-130 & I-485 package in different times ? any particular reason for that ??

So r u all packed to go to home ?? I do have a overstay thats why i didnt apply for an AP

Christera22: Although I dont have an overstay, I wont risk leaving till the GC issue is resolved. The AP is definitely a risky option. I applied for it since it was free and keeping in mind if there was an extreme emergency back home, I might need it. Will avoid the immigration desk until i get approved or rejected :) I will keep you posted if i get the EAD in a day or two. I applied for the I-130 in November thinking I'll go back home and apply for a K visa there. Then with my wife's pregnancy We just decided to apply for I-485 here and not risk the months of seperation. Glad to hear from you that the EAD/AP come in different times and am not the only one to have received them apart.

From what time should I count my EAD application? The receipt Date of my Application or the Issuance date of NOA. Cause the NOA states, my application was received on April 15th 2009. That would mean my application has officially touched 90 days today. Should I call CRIS and place a service request or apply for infopass? Any advice?
