Hi my frinds!

I am so worry! I filed my I-130 on December 2008 and I received recipt number on 26th of December 2008, since that I didn't get any news form VCS. I see some people receive answer in less than one month! What is going on? Does anyone know how long more I have to wait? Thanks

Your info says you are filing for a K-1, is that correct. If so K-1's are taking on average 148 days for VSC to process. If you are filing an IR-1/CR-1 (that's the forum you are posting on), VSC is averaging 181 days. Either way you are still within the averages.

vermont service centers showed alot of delays for most kind of petitions lately since the last year ..

please be patience and it will come to you ...
